Mental Health Care for the South Orange County Community
If you’ve been looking for real mental health treatment in South Orange County — not just a weekly therapy appointment, but something with actual structure and clinical depth — South Orange County Wellness was built for this community.
We serve people from Dana Point, Newport Beach, Irvine, Corona Del Mar, Laguna Beach, Mission Viejo, San Clemente, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Lake Forest, San Juan Capistrano, Rancho Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, and communities throughout the region. Most of our clients don’t travel far. What they have in common isn’t where they live — it’s that they’re ready to feel better.
We offer three levels of outpatient mental health care: Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and outpatient therapy and ongoing care. Whatever city you’re coming from, your treatment is built around you — not a program designed for the average person.

How we can help
Programs Available to South Orange County Residents
No matter which city you're coming from, the same three levels of mental health care are available to you. The right fit depends on where you are — not where you live.
Most intensive
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Five days a week of structured programming — group therapy, individual sessions, psychiatric support, and skills work — without an overnight stay. PHP is the right fit if you need serious structure right now.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Real treatment without putting your whole life on hold. IOP runs three to five days a week and is designed for people who are stable enough to manage some independence between sessions.

Individual Therapy & Ongoing Care
For those starting out or maintaining progress after a higher level of care. Consistent, one-on-one support through therapy and psychiatric services — not just maintenance, but intentional care.
