Not Sure Which Level of Care You Need?

Most people don't know which program fits before they talk to us — that's completely normal. Here's a plain-language look at how the three levels of care differ.

Most Structured

Full-Day Program

Also called PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program)

You come in five days a week for a full day of support — therapy groups, one-on-one sessions, and a care team watching your progress closely. You go home every night. This is often the right starting point if you're going through a crisis or just finished a hospital stay.

  • Your symptoms need attention every day
  • You recently left a hospital or residential program
  • Less intensive care hasn't been enough

Structure + Flexibility

Part-Day Program

Also called IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program)

You come in three to five days a week for a few hours at a time — enough real structure and support to make progress, without putting your job or family life on hold.

  • Finishing a full-day program and want to keep your progress going
  • Once-a-week therapy hasn't been enough
  • You're stable, but ready for more support

Ongoing Support

Weekly One-on-One Therapy

Also called Individual Therapy

Regular one-on-one sessions with a therapist, plus medication support if you need it. A good fit for building a foundation early on, or staying on track after a more intensive program.

  • Starting treatment for the first time
  • Finishing a part-day program and want to keep progressing
  • Managing things well with regular support

One phone call is usually all it takes to find your starting point.

No pressure, no obligation — just a straight answer on the right next step.

Optional Wellness Enhancements

Clinical treatment is always the foundation. These are optional add-ons available to enrolled clients who want extra support on their recovery journey — never required, never pushed.

All wellness enhancements are optional, clinically coordinated, and discussed as part of your intake — never a substitute for your core treatment plan.

Waiting Doesn't Make It Better. The Right Level Of Care Does.

Orange County has one of the widest mental health treatment gaps in California — not because people don't need help, but because too many go without the right fit.

20% of Americans live with a mental illness in any given year
50% of OC residents who need care don't actually receive it
53% average drop in depression severity after structured treatment
9+ hrs minimum weekly clinical hours that define real IOP-level care

Good Mental Health Care Doesn’t Have to Be Complicated.

It starts with finding the right fit — and being consistent about showing up. We’re here for both.
